Howard Nemerov Scholars Open Mic

The Howard Nemerov Scholars Program hosts an open mic as an opportunity for all undergraduate students to share their writing and hear their peers’ work. A faculty member or MFA student begins each open mic with a short selection of their work so students can get a taste of the art being created by their teachers and professors. Any undergraduate can sign up to read a piece (typically poetry, but can be short fiction, short nonfiction, etc.), and students are encouraged to show up just to listen as well!
